which was tendered because he was accused of molesting his children.

Unbelievable how low that party has sunk.

Let the MFer resign, already. There are other people, republicans even who can serve in that post who haven't molested their children.

And the excuse that they have to investigate it fully so he doesn't get off by just resigning is just outrageous hogwash.
