Elected Supreme Court judges. Not 'appointed' ones.

This needs to be implemented in all state supreme courts as well as the Federal one.

Also, remove the 'lifetime appointment' crap. There has to be a way to remove them without all of the bureaucracy involved.

Next, implement a system that does not solely operate by finance. With income disparity at an all-time high, the whole 'money or jail time as the only way to be held accountable' thing needs to be reexamined. I'd say that it needs to be tied to the income of the accused. I know that this is done to some extent. It needs to be applied to every single situation.

Next, judges need more leeway when it comes to sentencing when there are extenuating circumstances. Part of this issue is what the court deems 'extenuating'. That list needs to be expanded.

Justice is about being fair to all people. Not just the one who can afford it.
