This is a working class suburb of Milwaukee. The organizers worked incredibly hard to get signatures to get it on the ballot and promote it, and that work paid off. There may be other places in Wisconsin that have also passed the referendum, and if so I hope they will be added here.

True, there are copying fees, usually 25 cents/page though you can take photographs
