Press the Alt key and see if a menu pops if the menu is not already visible. Printing is usually under File.

Ctrl-Prt Scrn will copy a picture of the screen. You then need to go to a program where you can paste it, like Word.

Note that on laptops the Prnt scrn button is only activated if you also hit an fn button in the same stroke.
