4. ok this one is a little harder to describe.

if you look where you type the url in the browser. there is a lock or other symbol at the beginning. if you click on that when on the page you want to view there should be an option to alow or block flash. check and see if it shows as allowed on the site you are trying to visit when you are on that site.
