I had forgotten the pleasure of a Windows machine. There is a war going on in my PC. HP, Microsoft, and BitDefender are each trying to control my computer. It took 20 minutes to load a search engine page. If I ever get this thing up and running, the next thing I will try is USB Stick, Linux Mint boot. I hear it even has LibreOffice on it. This is nuts.

I almost forgot. Norton AntiVirus is competing too. I won't install it but it keeps remembering that I don't want it.
