If the computer is on, turn it off.

Then, turn it on again and immediately press and hold down the F8 key for a few seconds.

You should then see a black screen with white text giving you options on what to do.

Press the Down Arrow key to highlight: "Last Known Good Configuration". Then press the Enter key.

See if that works.
