for me as well. Although a young adult at the time, my uncle had a fantastic cat (that I later inherited when he passed away and who was my cat for years).

Around 1993 or so, I got the cat a toy of "Socks the Cat," which remained in his collection for years until he finally disembowled it all over my home office floor.
