As long as those who avail themselves of these recreational opportunities provide adequate recompense through their licenses, that's more or less what we have these so-called Wildlife Refuges FOR, right?

I mean, the goal in the Gov't establishing these sanctified places was always to provide a proverbial 'fish in the barrel' scenario for these 'sportsmen' to bust out their pew-pew machines and show off their 'skills', AMIRITE?
