2. About that bishop in Atlanta...

The pope required him to move out of and sell the $2.2 million mansion he had built for himself with the church's money, but he is still the bishop of Atlanta. Why did the Pope not discipline him for the self indulgent excess? Seems to me that the current message being promoted by the Pope would require that this guy be removed from office.
