Hearkens back to the days when the oppressor population was the Arabs and they wanted to keep down the uppity Jews.

The only thing missing is power. Then again, I'm not at all sure that the Jewish woman in the picture feels like she's triumphantly oppressing the Palestinian, nor that the Palestinian feels truly humiliated at the oppression of being compelled by some sort of Jewish mind control to try to commit murder. Still, when necessary we define "power" in order to achieve our political goals, so in this photo the woman has all the power and the rock-thrower is powerless. By definition.
