The name for his was
bilateral vetrebral artery dissection (VAD)
We learned then it happens but none of the doctors we saw on our hospital had anyone so young they said.

They had harbor view hospital in Seattle on zoom(?) to consult.

Mostly ok no with some issues like some vision, some nerves issues -numbness like
