According to me you should take balance diet and do exercise to lose your weight loss. I can understand it is a little hard for you because you are diabetic. But both ways are safe. If you have decided to take weight loss drug, there are numerous products are available in the market. My advice is for you to take complete information about that product like Ingredients, good, bad etc. before using it. And also consult with your doctor.
