not sure what Whole Paycheck carries for PP.

I have bought all kinds of brands over the years even store brands I just look at the ingredients and buy which ever one has the least amount of chemicals in it.

Results are all about the same no mater the brand.

Ask your local pastry shop or baker if they will sell you what you need. Many will if you ask but they may use frozen PP too.
