for decades in Casinos around the world... playing black jack and counting cards.

One team tracks the cards from the shoe and signals the player to increase the bet when the shoe favors the player... and reduce when it doesn't.

there have been a few documentaries and at least one movie "21".

Anal beads are a new "twist". But any wireless communication would do.
