Manning is probably closer to top 10.

Top 5, imo, are Brady, Montana, Favre, Elway, Aikman. Guys who could and did win under any circumstances.

Then comes Manning, Marino, Young, Brees. Maybe Roethlisberger or Aaron Rodgers.
