I'm not entirely convinced that Obama's 2011 findings encompassed the full spectrum of covert activities actually carried out, particularly the pipeline of sophisticated weapons and Jihadists that was coordinated through the Qataris from Libya to Syria. The death of Amb. Stevens brought those operations into stark and unwanted relief.
