I love the fact that she just only referred to him as Donald. Didn't ask, because she didn't need his permission or approval for anything. And calling him Donald throughout,not even Mr Trump, that first nameness used from employer to employee became kind of a belittlement, clearly prickled him, tipped his repugnant power play apple cart way over.
