Even tho' I have been banned from a certain group for pointing out this "Sanders doesn't care for blacks as much a Hillary" meme is a GOP lie started when they noticed there weren't a lot of black people in VT and NH to come to his rallies, I will say it here. (the other group told me there were plenty of other places on DU to discuss it, so....)
Why is BLM championing RW talking points? How can they ignore the economic factors that keep many African Americans "in their place"? Have they forgotten those Obamacare town halls that were shouted down by Teabaggers? Why do they think this RW tactic is a good idea? .... and anyone who even questions it is racist? (at least in a certain group.... who is supposed to be liberal)
Why is asking why BLM doesn't just have an event with the Dem candidates to discuss, not screech about, issues important to them such an outrageous question?
What do those African Americans who say "I don't like what he's said." want him to say? Especially at this point.... before there's even been any debates.
Did they like what the GOP contenders said about race (if anything) at their debate? Are they gonna harass the GOP any?
I just don't get it.
Well, with some issues like race and religion, all logic seems to fly out the window, and anyone stepping back to assess the situation seems "suspect".
