2. We still need to bill Medicare

Doctors notes had to be coded by certified coders then billing staff did the billing. I don't see the cost of that changing if Medicare did it. You would just pass on the cost to Medicare.

All emoyees not just doctors would have to take less since Medicare does not cover costs.
