4. If we have the kind of overall turnout we had in 2008, it will pay dividends in every battleground.

I think Harris is our best option. I think Harris puts the most battleground states in play (including NC, GA, FL and AZ). Beto as VP could boost turnout even higher.

And let's remember that PA and MI were blue in 6 of the last 7 presidential elections, while WI was blue in 7 of the last 8 presidential elections. We were winning by an average of 7+ points in each of those states, too. I think there were a number of factors at play in 2016 that won't be at play in 2020 (a vilified Democratic nominee, Trump's newness and people feeling he was 'worth a shot', Trump's bullshit promises that haven't been kept, Comey's last minute announcement, etc., etc.).
