1. Because he's a Bush loyalist, and they reward their own. The White House (Karl "The Traitor" Rove, no doubt) put pressure on Browne to resign for purely political reasons (e.g., a drag on Bush's poll numbers). It won't help, though. The only way Chimp's poll numbers would go up would be if he RESIGNED.

2. Probably Pat Robertson. :sarcasm: :banghead:

In all seriousness, it'll be another Bush loyalist, because that's how they operate. It won't be anybody who'll actually force The Village Idiot into a position of accountability for something (or someone), or who brings Junior "bad news" that actually forces him to read newspapers or watch cable news channels.
