Really cuts right through the bull eh? Gee, those PESKY actual SUPERPOWERS who could out spend - China doesn't need to rally the troops, they just pull out their checkbooks, or pull the money propping up the US.. and no wonder Putie Poo was looking at Bush like he's just blown a big fart off (tho he might have), he's a cool character and knows where the bread is buttered..

Great, so now our world is run by OTHER COUNTRIES - we really AREN'T a Superpower anymore.. meaningless mercenaries, I'd love to play RISK with Bush or Cheney or Dumsfield any day :)
