What are the "critical supplies and services": food, laundry, basic necessity stuff like that?

Of course, this represents only ten of the two hundred billion specifically appropriated for the war and does not include the additional hundreds of billions appropriated to the DoD.

There is something crooked about how none of this money is being spent for basic MILITARY necessities like armour (for soldier's bodies and on their vehicles).

Moreover, had the WAY overpriced private companies been set aside and the Iraqi people been given a means of survival via providing laundry services, distribution of humanitarian supplies, (continued) manufacture of clothes and other items,...we prolly wouldn't have quite so many rebels and insurgents.

But, NO,...this greed, power-mongering, heartless freakin' leadership had to funnel AMERICAN TREASURE to their capitalistic cronies,...ugh,...damnit,...
