Venezuela, to my current knowledge, has already expressed a desire to dis-associate itself from the WMF, the World Bank and other bastions of neo-colonialist hedgemony, typically based in the US and controlled by right-wing conservative ideologues. Chavez has ALBA and also Bancosur, the latter being in the process of organization even as Mr. Zeollick is speaking, it has its own capital in place to finance its own projects, so what's the point of Zoellick making these empty statements anyway? Sounds like he is just preaching to his flock of loser-capitalists.
