49. All of the denials in this case do nothing but make a

bad situation worse. Wingnuts love it when a "sinner" makes a public confession and begs for forgiveness. Only under those circumstances would he have any chance of redemption in their eyes. Hiding the arrest, pleading guilty, hoping the thing will just go away, and then, finally, denying what he'd already plead guilty to aren't going to play well anywhere. He's done.
