He read Clinton "Putting People First"
with long lists.

Difference. Clinton gave details with all the WARTS. He was factual. No Blarney.

O will have trouble doing it.

Get a D congress with overwhelming majority and yes.

p.s Clinton took action on 56 of his 58 promises in his book in his first two years when he had a D congress.

He had the second best record for getting Congress to pass his legislation in his first two years.LBJ first.

Newt Congress in 1995 gave him worst record.
