from your postings that your life is cozy and protected and out of touch with reality. You live in petrol land, where you can claim to 'oppose guns' because you pay hired hands to carry the guns for you. If you faced danger, you'd call the government to help you with their guns. Tell you what, get your 'law enforcement' to disarm, disconnect your 911 services, close your animal control department, and then we can talk. You and your community are like all American communities, heavily armed and militarily patroled. You are armed. You live by the gun. You simply outsourse the labor, like many suburban softies, to real adults, and you pretend you don't like guns. Any emergency at all and you would ring for your own personal gunslingers to come help you, and I'll bet the farm you'd never think to ask them to come unarmed.
Most real liberals say this: once the government gives up all of its guns, we will think about it. So get your cops to go without. That is a start. They hold your gun for you. You should be so proud!
