It talks more broadly about the Civil Service in general, but there's a section on the FDA in there, though probably some overlap with the other ones.

Actually, I'm right now in the midst of what may be another good example. There is a clinical trial going on, dealing with a device that is supposed to reduce potentially fatal arrhythmias. However, the control group is doing much better than the group who received the device, which suggest that the device is actually causing the arrhythmias.

I suggested terminating the clinical study and pulling the device until we can investigate this further, but I'm encountering a lot of resistence. I don't know whether this is being done as a favor to the industry, or whether the people I'm dealing with just don't understand the issue.
