Washington insiders say top adviser has reached reached an understanding with the president that he will serve only half the full four-year term.


Raham Emanuel, chief of staff to Barack Obama, is expected to quit his job later this year in growing frustration at the U.S. president's "idealist" policies, a British newspaper reported on Monday.....

...."The consensus is he'll go," a leading Democratic consultant in Washington told the paper."I would bet he will go after the mid-terms."
