Don't these morons read their own actuaries' reports?

It costs A WHOLE LOT more to pay for the pregnancies and resulting complications, not to mention the continuing care for the resulting, growing children, and the added physical and mental strains put upon families with more children than they can handle.

These policies should cost double, to pay for unrestrained breeding!
