....has many wrong turns. I worked with MICA (mentally ill chemical abusers) for over a decade ...severe personality disorders tend to have the hardest time admitting that they have to take responsibility for their addictions .... Rush is pointing at everyone to the left of him, which will result in his going right back to his addiction ... the road to recovery is narrow indeed, and does not allow for self-righteousness. While I do not like the man, or agree with anything I have heard come from his mouth, I do feel sorry for him. Addiction is a tough disorder, especially when it is layered on top of so many other fears and hatreds as Rush lives with. I hope that people will not take any pleasure from his suffering. Better to ignore him the same as you would any drunken stubble-bum ranting and raving on a street corner in your community.
