12. Only Certain People...
...but the majority of people who aren't religiously indoctrinated churchgoers don't think that way.
I'm one of the many, since we are in the income bracket that should, for all intentions and purposes, be voting Republican.
People are always trying to put Hollywood down, but little do they know, that Hollywood million-and billionaires give millions of dollars to help children in our country who don't have much--unlike huge corporations!
Rob Reiner (Meathead from All in the Family) heads (no pun intended) a fund for children who can't get healthcare here in Southern California.
Aaahnold has a charity that helps lower income children with afterschool, and fitness programs (his pride and joy); Gary Sinese has started, and is personally involved with helping poor Iraqi children with clothes, toys, school items, and helping to boost moral among the tired troops; Antonio Banderas, and his wife Melanie Griffith, support, and give to the charity that help feed, and clothe American children who are, most notably, living in cars, and trailers, and all in middle America!
You don't hear much about this, because Republican owned-and-operated media don't want to give Democrats, and liberals any ounce of credit for anything!
Then also, the fact that blue states that constantly vote democratic, provide for most of the money red staters enjoy. We pay high taxes in the blue states (especially California) but it's okay. We make a lot too, so we think it's only fair to pay our fair share to help out the other states of the union--although most Californians these days, while constantly getting out helping hand bit by ungrateful B* supporters, think now secession from the union isn't such a bad idea anymore.
