Will Libya's declaration make * look like a great statesman? [View All]

I was wondering how Libya's declaration re: their WMD programs would be perceived Internationally, more than anything. I realize the freepers will eat this up and claim their man has his finger on the pulse of trans-global relations. I am more curious how folks elswhere will see this. Will they see this as Bushco have a tremendous international grasp of things or will they see it as merely serendipitious timing and/or Libya afraid that the president is just nuts enough to invade them (Libya) too?

Of course, it appears the Libyans have been working towards this for years so i am quite sure the Bush Admin. had little to do with starting this ball rolling.

Thoughts, anyone?
