The number one or highest ranking of all military personel at a time our Nation is engaged in primarily ground warfare. His assignment is space command. He is the clown who does those comedic routines with Rummy during press briefings. His specialty is space command. They remind me of abbott and Costello routines the way they play off each other in obviously scripted routines. ...Oscar
