Serious question about CNN editorial direction [View All]

I am very sad to see what has happened to CNN. I have been loving the availability of 24/7 news since Ted Turner introduced the concept. But now I find it so opinionated and tilted to the White House and RNC talking points that it is virtually unwatchable. Is there a website with real inside information about the inner struggles that went on within the network's editorial and management staff that finally ended up producing this obvious shift in bias.
Because SOMETHING happened and there has to be a paper trail somewhere. ( I'm looking for real world inside stuff here, not just platitudes about "corporate ownership...blah, blah".)
