Writing in the UK's Sunday Times news review, JFK biographer Robert Dallek says Bush Jr 'needs to get coalition minded' re Iraq and warns that:
"Given the struggle to master post-war circumstances in Iraq, the Bush administration should have remembered the admonition of John Quincy Adams: “Do not go in search of monsters abroad.” "

Dallek says Bush Jr has tried to associate himself with JFK's enduring qualities, maybe hoping that some of his mystique will rub off on him:
