Only you can ever know what your dream means but here is my three halfpennies' worth of interpretation.

* That the dream is about having a third Bush as President - Jeb being the third;

* that the reference to McCain is because of the "Cain" in the name (and Mc or Mac, in the celtic languages, meaning "son of"), and some people have said that * has the "mark of Cain" on him (ie murderer).

Not sure at the moment about the Chelsea Clinton part; except perhaps one day there will be a third Clinton President (after Hillary comes Chelsea?)
