Last year's form was great, then for this year the secretary of the Asst Superintendant changed the forms and added a notation that if the parent checked the opt out of sending info to the military box then the student's info would NOT be sent to the yearbook, newspapers, etc. (done on purpose or just a complete bimbo?)

I am asking that the OPT OUT form be a stand alone form and those parents that want to exclude their child's info from other places do so on a separate form.
