2. Had a chat with my brother in-law about the draft last night

He's a fairly moderate to liberal Democrat.

He refuses to recognize the draft will come back in 2005. He won't believe it, says there is no way it would work if they reinstated it because there is not enough prison space in America to handle those who would simply refuse to comply.

Basically, we have to jettison this issue. Nobody will take it seriously because everybody will be in denial about the reality.
