It does not mean anything unles Bush is defeated AND Dems take back Congress. There will be no revoaction of tax cuts for the rich unless GOP control of the house and Senate is revoked as well.

Unless the WH and Congress are in Democratic hands, none of these imporvements will ever happen.

IMO Congress is more important as a goal.
