was it Butch and Sundance?

There is going to be a knife fight, and the one guy says "Okay, we'll get started just as soon as we decide on the rules"

The other guy is dumbfounded. He says "Rules?? There aren't any rules in a knife fight."

And as he is saying that, the first guy steps up and kicks him right between the legs. A move which clearly should be against the rules.
