I was beyond outraged when he set rules to deny ALL HIV/AIDS aid to countries or agencies promoting family planning, birth control, or educating their citizens on condom use and safe sex. It is an extension of faith-based initiatives to the international level, AWOL prostituting himself to the religious reich. And insult to injury, he reneged on his State of the Union Address(read "bullshit") promise of $15 billion, quietly sleazing it down to about $5 billion.

History will show this petty, incredibly small and hypocritical subhuman as a virtual mass-murderer, just like Ronnie Raygun homophobically refusing to prioritize AIDS research as it grew into an uncontrolled epidemic.
