31. Slice and dry them...
Dried orange peel keeps well and comes in handy for a lot of things...used the last of mine in fruitcake.

If you're into making your own teas (I'm not, but some people do) it is a popular ingredient...or you can add it to an existing mixture.

Do try to remove as much of the bitter white pith as you can though if you're planning on using it to flavor stuff.
If you're going to use if for scent, don't worry about it.

They also make an excellent source of slow-release nitrogen in the soil for potted plants...
I've used them for bulbs I've forced with excellent results.
So do banana peels or coffee grounds...but you asked about oranges.
