14. ZOMG! I just discovered the ULTIMATE Cliff Clavinism:
Found this totally by coincidence this morning in Mental Floss Magazine:

"Cliff Clavin was an afterthought. Actor John Ratzenberger originally auditioned for the role of barfly Norm Peterson. When he lost the part to George Wendt, Ratzenberger sked the producers if they'd written in a 'resident know-it-all.' All bars, he pointed out, have one. Thanks to his persistence, the character of mail carrier Cliff Clavin became a regular on Cheers."
