21. Mashed potatos

You can make potato soup or potato pancakes. for soup just thin a little with milk and add some sauted onions. a little bacon is good too. Use just enough milk or light cream too get it to the consistency you like
for pancakes just mix in a beaten egg and shape into pancakes. dust lightly with flour and fry until golden brown turning just once. :9
