13. I only get it as we approach the solstice and beyond
it's depressing thinking about longer days. I love getting up in the dark, and coming home from work in the dark, and not having the sun out shining for days and days on end (because of cloud cover) so that it isn't shining in my eyes or making the inside of the car hot or the inside of the apartment hot...

Daylight - it's over-rated. I'm not a big sunlight fan (though I appreciate the essential nature of it for life on earth).

But I understand I am an anomoly, and I am sorry that you suffer from SAD. It can be awful to deal with. My partner doesn't deal well with rainy or cloudy days. Me, I keep thinking Seattle or Antarctica in the winter or Scotland would be just right for me.
