If I get good service I leave a good tip, if I get poor service I'm going to leave a smaller tip. I'm not dropping 15%+ when in the course of an hour I see a waiter/waitress two times, once getting the order and maybe 10mins a quick buzz by after someone else in the back brings out the food then nowhere to be found while my overpriced soda or water runs out.

I have never once in my life complained about food, asked to have something taken back etc, all I want is my water not to run empty and I'm happy.
