my backyard neighbor has a huge sugar pine in the furthest corner of his yard, which just happens to bend over the fence into my nextdoor neighbor's yard and mine. we get ALL the pine needles, and it drives me crazy! if there was ever a windstorm, the tree would go our way, onto our houses, not the pine tree owner's yard. i'm tempted to ask him to cut the sucker down, but he doesn't keep up his yard at all, so apparently he doesn't care:-(
