inside the parthenon -- how stupid is that?! it was closed the one time we tried to go in. mosty we'd hang out with his grandparents, you know how that goes.

every year i think i really ought to go to nashville for the aqs show. my b'day always falls during the show. maybe this year!

tell your wife if she has never been to the show of quilts from japan that's in mcminnville, tn, we;ve found it very worthwhile. it's about 2 1/2 hours up from ga for us but much closer for you, iirc. a friend and i go to the japanese quilt show every year. the museum has four or five interesting old quilts, too, all worth seeing. they have a web site.

oh, yeah, i'm pretty sure it was a fabric store in berry hill i found online. i'll bet you're not surprised.
